About me
Seyram Baur

 

I am a personal and fitness Trainer based in Zurich with over 10 years of experience.
I spent the early part of my career working with Rehabilitation and Fitness Companies and have managed personal training departments in Zurich.

I work with clients daily through personal training, nutrition coaching, injury rehabilitation, Pre- / postnatal training, corrective exercises, and sports performance training.

I work with clients in their homes, offices, or in an outdoor setting of their choices.

Personal Training provides affordable, at-home personal fitness training services, I will come right to your home, when it’s most convenient for you. I will take you through balanced, personalized workouts designed to help you reach your fitness goals, safely and quickly.

You don’t need to own any exercise equipment. I will bring everything you need to lose weight, tone up, increase your energy level and improve your health. I also check in with you in between your in-home sessions to keep you on track.

Functional Pilates Workshop

Core training has developed a movement methodology referred to as the "Functional Pilates".

Join me on discovering the importance of integrating functional movements in our actions and tasks that are important to us today, those we wish to maintain long term and those we wish to add in the future.
Your movement life evolves, changes and so does the ability of your body to adapt to these changes. As a teenager, you wanted to jump around, in your 20s you explored the world carrying your heavy backpack and in your 30-40s you needed to sit for 8 hours each day for work.
Irrespective of your movement goals reflecting on these movements helps direct how we approach your personalised program.
Your Functional Pilates exercise program will include exercises developed especially for you to improve balance, control, strength and flexibility of the movements that are most important to you.
We also consider the impact of these movements on your overall movement health.
Movement involves the entire body not just the moving parts, so when lifting a heavy object with your arms we must consider the effects it is having elsewhere, such as your lower back.
